Return Policy

As we have 10 years trade experiences, we are very confidence with our items. If you don’t satisfy with our goods and find quality problem on it, you could connect with us within 7 days, we will offer you further instructions. Please send us emails with clearly photos about quality problem and detailed explanation. We'll give you satisfy answer according your situations. For returns without quality problem, we need to charge you 10% handing fee, and we won't bear the return shipping freight.

Exchange Policy

After you receive products from our shop, you do not satisfy with your items, you can return or exchange. But you need to pay for the shipping fee. You need to email us in 7 days from you receive the watch. The return goods should be unused and come with complete attachments including tags, pamphlets, dust bags. After we receive your return goods, we need 7-20 days to inspect, after that, we'll resend you new products. You could choose same price or different price goods. Our customer service representative will help you to finish the supplement if needed. Man-made damaged or scratched or used goods can't be return or exchange new goods. We'll charge 10% handing charge for return/exchange goods. Please make sure that the package you return to us are sealed tightly, so that it can withstand a bumpy journey.
